Arabic Source and Roman Transliteration

Arabic		بَلَىٰ مَن كَسَبَ سَيِّئَةً وَأَحَاطَتْ بِهِ خَطِيئَتُهُ فَأُولَٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُون
Transliteration		Bala man kasaba sayyi-atan waahatat bihi khatee-atuhu faola-ika as-habu alnnari hum feeha khalidoona
Transliteration-2		balā man kasaba sayyi-atan wa-aḥāṭat bihi khaṭīatuhu fa-ulāika aṣḥābu l-nāri hum fīhā khālidūn
Word for Word Dr. Shehnaz Shaikh, Ms. Kauser Katri, and more		Yes, whoever earned evil and surrounded him with his sins - [so] those (are the) companions (of) the Fire; they in it (will) abide forever.

Generally Accepted Translations of the Meaning
Muhammad Asad		Yea! Those who earn evil and by their sinfulness are engulfed - they are destined for the fire. therein to abide
M. M. Pickthall		Nay, but whosoever hath done evil and his sin surroundeth him; such are rightful owners of the Fire; they will abide therein
